Case Study – IT Leadership Programme for Salford Royal NHS FT
My work is all about helping leaders to get the best of themselves and others, and I’ve been delighted to run an IT Leadership Programme for Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust to help them achieve this. The programme incorporates both Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder (I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach) and the NHS Healthcare Leadership Model 360 (for which I’m a trained facilitator).
