Ian Pettigrew runs Kingfisher Coaching providing leadership development programmes and coaching, prior to which he worked in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries for 20 years. Ian is a Gallup-certified strengths coach and a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and AC (Association for Coaching). Ian’s area of deep expertise is helping leaders to apply their strengths and develop and sustain their resilience. He is an NHS OD Associate, and is a Chair of Retrak, a charity helping street children across Africa

Bev has oodles of practical hands-on management experience from her career with some of the best known brands in the UK, and her breakthrough into people management came at Disney Store. After the perfect grounding with one of the best brands in the world, Bev joined the HR team at Argos for the next exciting chapter in her career. Bev is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and coach and is a Certified Clarity Practitioner, Big Picture Practitioner, and Laughter Yoga leader. In her ‘spare’ time, Bev is Commercial Director at Fleetwood Rugby Union Football Club.
After graduating from Liverpool University Kate’s career began in production management with ‘the most innovative ice cream company in the world, before spending a number of years working in L&D at Argos and then founding The Clear Thinking Partnership with Bev Holden. Kate is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and coach and is an MBTI Practitioner, Big Picture Practitioner, and Laughter Yoga leader. In her ‘spare’ time, Kate can often be found playing many acting roles in her local theatre.
Kev started his career as an Audiologist, which was the start of a long career in the NHS involving leadership of OD and Workforce Development. Kev is an experienced coach and facilitator, with extensive experience facilitating large groups. In his ‘spare’ time, Kev can often be found cycling long distances and rock-climbing.
Jodi is a qualified occupational psychologist with over 13 year’s consultancy experience. Areas of expertise include; executive coaching, design and delivery of selection and assessment centres, development centres, providing 360 degree feedback and designing assessment tools and exercises. With a PhD in Coaching Psychology (Manchester Business School), a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology (UMIST) and Certificate in Performance Coaching (Centre for Coaching London), Jodi is also qualified in the use of a range of psychometrics, Level A and intermediate Level B (ability and personality tests) tools include: OPQ32, Wave, Dimensions, Lominger Voices, HPI HDS, 16PF, MBTI and ENGAGE.
